untuk bahan2 mentah yg x mentah mana pun korang memerlukan ini;

  1. wholegrain wrap by MISSION wraps..ada onion and original nye gk tp ak prefer wholegrain..well hidup sihat minda cerdas!!yeah to heaven...dapatkan brand yg aku guna di JUSCO MELAKA pd harga RM4.90*ak rasa r..xhengat lak reganye...

salad yg panjang2 tu..sumpah aku xtau scientific namenye apa...yg penting salad r kan...*dptkan di market basah terdekat berhampiran anda which cost u RM0.50 for satu ketul..

lada manis or what it being called..actually xde r manis mana pun...pedas gk r tp pedas yg sdp..so ikut korg r nk pedas hangat ltk cili api pun hokey what....*dapatkan di JUSCO MELAKA pd rega RM3.99 per box kalo x salah..xhengat gk reganye....

baby gherkin pickles..xsuka xyah letak..dptkan di JUSCO MELAKA RM7.90 *pn ak x igt rega..maaf kalo lebih murah/mahal

and the secret ingredient yg make it different with our common popia..CHEESE CREAM di JUSCO MELAKA pd rega RM6.90 *or it was sebab ak x igt reganya pun...

the herbs for marinate beef adalah mixed herbs and black pepper..oh hanya syu ta kekdah aku crash the black pepper..but pls get the biji2 black pepper rather than yg dh dihancurkan sebab the taste was totally different!!aku pilih mixed herbs sebab its has its own aroma yg mengharumkan daging...

olive oil ikut suka nk brand apa..i choose this cos its cheap..tehee o_0

a lemon and opkos kalo korg bkn vegetarian the beef..beef korg leh ganti with any other protein source r kan..

 so dah usha bahan2?boleh la gi mencari and ready for the procedure (dah macam nak wat lab experiment lak)....masih mengekalkan gambar supaya senang untuk korang paham yek..mari mari mari.....memula atau sukati korg la nk start ngn marinate the daging or prepare the wrapping...

susun salad mcm digambarkan diatas wholegrain wraps korang
2.
chopped cili kecik2 n campakkan spt yg digambarkan diatas
3.
sliced the pickles and susun cam yg digambarkan juga atau korg ada idea menyusun yg len pun boleh
 4.
cream cheese cut into cube and letakkan sebegini
  now ur wrapping dah sedia so time to get oil burn....

daging dihiris nipis and squeeze out lemon juice utk hilangkan hanyir..mix black pepper,mixed herbs and lil bit of salt sbg perasa...

kalo da grill pan lg cun...tp ak xde so hentam jek r..oil the pan with olive oil..xyah banyak..olive  oil mahal!!hahaha...so goreng ngn api yg kecik jek..sbb xnak bg daging garing...bila dah cukup rasa jek masaknye tu..put aside...

susunkan daging spt digambarkan diatas..n seasoned it with leftover black pepper n also a lil bit of salt...n ur meal are ready to wrap

abaikan tgn yg tanpa gloves tu baru ler rasa air tangan kn?teheee....so foldover the meals..kalo korg beli wrapping yg sama mcm aku kt belakang plastic tu dh tunjuk cara2 wrapping....

lepas difoldkan n before dipotong this is how it looks like....so kasi potong r sikit baru nampak isi dalam tu...

 finally ur meal is ready...so cadangan nama makanan ni pls??kalo boleh comment r kt sini lak..asik comment kt fb jek...boring tau..hehehee...selamat mencuba yerk kengkawan n jng lupa tagged me with the hasil..penat ak curi masa hupdate blog ni dalam kebizian menyiapkan lab report animal cell culture n post harvest sambil study for fluid mechanics lab test esok....so harap sgt korang mencuba..becos this is easy meal to prepared tau....

  1. Hahaa gojes everywhere,itu memang azni namanya, nak susun daging pn pakai garphoooo tau,xpakai tangan.. Eh its okay je xedit gmbr pn lgpn gmbr dr camera nota galaksi kau tu pun dah superb.. Original pon boleyy.. Thanx for the tutorial (sesuai ke panggil tutorial ea?) ape ape je lah kan.. Hehe kann dah terikut membebel cm kau azni.. Adoi.. Haha

  2. ye itu saya (-_0)!!!dpn ko kena r konon pakai garpoo padahalnye kalo xde ngn daging2 dlm koli pn guna tgn jek..hahaha...ye quality nota tanganku mmg xleh disangkal lagi..tutorial ke?boleh r kot..haahaha...membebel adalah rencah seorg wanita..huahuahau~
